Made up of some 200 inhabitants, this dynamic community has also preserved its traditions and agricultural know-how. Here, travellers can discover the daily life of the local inhabitants by taking part in atypical activities, such as cooking classes where they learn to bake tortillas in the traditional way, for example. Or sugarcane experiments they won't soon forget.
