BOOKING CONDITIONS – DEPOSITS – TOTAL PAYMENT
With the confirmation of your request we will send you a deposit invoice corresponding to 30% of the amount of reserved terrestrial services and flights, we ask you to pay this invoice upon receipt to ensure the program bookings.
– 45 days before the arrival of the group, we need full names of passengers and their passport number, this is a requirement of the airlines and the train company to ensure the reservations and ticketing
– The final invoice must be paid 30 days before the arrival of the passengers.
– If the total amount of the invoice is not paid before the arrival of passengers at destination we reserve the right to provide our services.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation will only be in writing and in accordance with the following conditions:
Land Services:
– No penalty up to 45 days before arrival of passengers
– USD $ 30 penalty if cancellation is between 44 and 30 days before the arrival of passengers
– 20% penalty if the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the arrival of the passengers
– 50% penalty if cancellation is between 14 and 6 days before the arrival of passengers
– No refund if cancellation is less than 5 days before the arrival of passengers
– 100% penalty of the total amount of services in case of no show of the passenger
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
If one of our suppliers has special cancellation conditions, they will be clearly indicated in the confirmation letter of reserved services and will be strictly applied according to the supplier’s policy.

Early departure to visit the Chichicastenango market. The Indians of the region, dressed in their finest costumes, arrive with their goods to settle in the streets of the village.
Witness every Thursday and Sunday a fantastic explosion of colors and craftsmanship at the market of Santo Tomas, where many Indians descend from the highlands to offer haggling the product of their daily work.

It is one of the most amazing sites in Central America, nicknamed the Alexandria of the Mayan world.
This is the site where you will see the largest number of stelae and carved monuments, with sumptuous hieroglyphic inscriptions, making it one of the most fertile and refined art centers in the Mayan world.

Continue to Quirigua in the morning, located in the Motagua Valley, which offers lush vegetation.
Visit of the archaeological site inscribed by UNESCO with the Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity.
It will surprise you by the finesse of its finely worked stelae, some of which reach more than 10 m in height. The hieroglyphic texts have not yet revealed their secrets. The history of the Mayan civilization remains partly unknown

Initially, in 1992, Ak’Tenamit, a “new village” in Quechua, was only a health and education program for isolated populations in the Livingston area.
Visit of the fort of San Felipe
The Castillo de San Felipe was built in the 17th century to protect colonial propensities against piracy attacks.

Departure for the archaeological site of Tikal, located in the middle of a thick jungle, protected as National Park.
It has some of the most beautiful trees in the world, and there are nearly 300 species of birds, monkeys, jaguars …
This splendid site, inscribed by UNESCO as both Natural Heritage and Cultural Heritage of Humanity, testifies to the greatness of a civilization disappeared and was probably inhabited as early as the 7th century BC by an ethnic ancestor of the Maya.
The main pyramids are surrounded by monuments and palaces of the classical era.
